The initial step in our staffing process is to meet with our client to determine the technologies used and the nature and scope of the projects, the concrete and soft skills required and any additional information required by the client.
Logix Guru's recruiting staff performs targeted searches within our proprietary database and leverages many years worth of industry-specific referrals.
Once a potential candidate is identified, a Phone Screen is performed to determine the candidate's availability and qualifications.
A Formal Interview is conducted to discuss their employment history in greater detail. Our purpose is to learn their responsibilities, accomplishments, technologies and skills used and reasons for leaving each position.
Skill Assessment is conducted to determine the level of proficiency in the relevant skills relating to the requirements of the position.
Technical Interviews are conducted as required, by an expert in the relevant field of technology.
