In 2000, Logix Guru met with the Omnyx hiring managers and Human Resources to learn more about the organization and their IT staffing needs. It was clear that Omnyx had a unique environment and only employed the best and brightest technical talent. The Software Engineer and Test Engineer roles were critical needs if they were to meet their upcoming release date. Our task was finding people with the right combination of technical and interpersonal skills.
Logix Guru's recruiting staff performed targeted searches within our proprietary database as well as leveraging many years worth of industry-specific referrals. Once a potential candidate is identified, A Formal Interview is conducted to discuss their employment history in greater detail, their responsibilities, accomplishments, technologies and skills used and reasons for leaving each position. Next a skill Assessment is conducted to determine the level of proficiency in the relevant skills relating to the requirements of the Omnyx positions.
